At Aero we specialise in various types of transfers. We provide transport to and from Southampton and surrounding areas for both individuals and groups. We place great emphasis on providing a courteous, professional and personal service at affordable prices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In order to obtain an online quotation and make a booking please use the 'Online Booking' form above. Simply enter the pickup location i.e. Southampton Airport and select the Airport or for a private address enter the post code for the location. Click 'Quote Now' and you will be presented with a quote for the different types of vehicles available. Click on the one that you require and enter the information required. Once the booking is complete we will email you confirmation of the reserved journey(s).
If you don't have the post code please enter as much information as you can reference the location and click 'Quote Now' ,then click 'Manual Quote' and follow the instructions. We will email you with a quotation as soon as possible. We have operators ready to take your bookings so we will reply to your request efficiently.
The moment you contact us, we will do everything we can to ensure your booking and transfer go as smoothly as possible. The booking will be tailored to type of vehicle required, the number of passengers and the luggage requirements specified by you. We will send drivers who have vast experience with the type of transfer requested; moreover, they have proven customer service skills and an extensive knowledge of the local area and motorways.

Saloon Car : Ford Mondeo, VW Passat or similar. These can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus 3 suitcases (20kg max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
Estate Car : Volvo Estate, VW Passat or similar. These can accommodate up to 4 passengers plus 4 suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
MPV : VW Sharan, Ford Galaxy or similar. These can accommodate up to 5 passengers plus 5 suitcases (20kg max) or 6 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
Executive MPV : V-Class Mercedes, VW Transporter, Mercedes Vito or similar. These can accommodate up to 5 passengers plus 5 suitcases (20kg max) or 6 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
8 Seater Minibus : VW Transporter or similar. These can accommodate 8 passengers plus up to 8 suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
Executive Car : E Class, S Class Mercedes or similar. These can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus 3 suitcases (20kg max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
SERVICES
A 'Meet and Greet' service can be arrange when booking. The driver will meet the clients in arrivals with their name or company name on a signboard. A comforting thought, especially for first time visitors in a foreign country.
If your flight is early or subject to delays, we will track your flight's progress and send your driver at the new expected time of arrival.
A lot of our work is corporate based so if you are booking a taxi for other people you need not worry, we will give them the professional quality service they would expect. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards and send receipts via email.
Aero Taxis Southampton Ltd also welcomes corporate account customers and, subject to credit references, we will be happy to offer you a monthly invoicing facility or direct debit on our taxi or executive services.
